If you want to make money online (MMO), then there is perhaps something very important that you first need to understand. The MMO niche is massive within its own right and is full of so called ‘gurus’ who are all too willing to rip you off with the supposed next greatest product or service.
Most MMO products prey upon the vulnerable, and it’s that desperation the people have, that absolute need to make a lot of money from the internet, that leads them astray and into a number of problems that end up causing them more harm than good in the long run. To begin with, let’s examine the crux of these ‘false hype’ products, as I like to call them, and this is the ‘make money from survey’s’ niche.
Whilst it is true that you can make money completing surveys and a number of other online forms, perhaps even commenting in blogs, forums and what not, the amount of money you make most definitely will not be enough to allow you to quit your day job anytime soon, nor will it be enough to sustain any reasonable standard of living. Yet of course the advertisers of these products, these affiliate marketers, will be all too willing to try and convince you that there is a lot of money to be made, even though they know that there isn’t.
So just why are there so many people advertising these products? Is there really any money to be made? These are all questions that new people to internet marketing ask, and indeed understanding the answer to these questions is essentially the first step to learning the best ways you can use the internet to maintain a full time, steady income. You see, the people advertising such products and services are the ones that are making plenty of money. They know how to optimize their site to achieve good search engine rankings so that you click through to their site in the first place. They realize that most of the people that navigate to their site will be quite new to the internet marketing field, and this is because anyone that searches for information under the term ‘make money online’ more often than not doesn’t know the first thing about internet marketing, which is the proper field used to make money. After all, if you knew internet marketing was perhaps the only way to make real money online, why would you be looking for alternate means?
The online marketers are the ones that create these products, the ones that specialize in the MMO niche, and they know that people are all too willing to fall for their common sales hype and scams. It’s never a good idea to buy something purely based off instinct alone, yet for some reason people seem to think that the internet is some exception, and that if they don’t purchase a product immediately that it for one reason or another won’t be there tomorrow. And the ironic thing is, is that there is a chance the product won’t be there tomorrow, reason being is because the marketers have moved on to the next big niche at the time.
What you must understand is that if you want to work full time online, then you’ll need to become an internet marketing yourself, become one of the people that creates these virtual products and websites. If you’ve always been too afraid to dabble in web design or programming, then perhaps it might be time to make a little jump and learn some basic online web development skills. No one is saying that you need to learn any complex programming languages, but knowledge of a bit of basic HTML wouldn’t go astray when it comes to developing your own sites.
In fact it’s now quite easy to design your own pages through the use of templates and programs such as Wordpress which allow you to create pages with seemingly little effort and no programming knowledge. There really is no excuse for failing to delve into the online world a little deeper and stay up to date with the core of technology. You do after all want to sustain a full time income from the internet, right? So why not take the whole thing seriously then?
In parting advice, the only thing I can recommend to you, is to trust the source of the information you read before you believe it. Anyone can endorse a product, but unless you know the person doing so to be ethical, you’ll be falling for yet another online money making trick of some form. There are countless numbers of products and services on offer out there that will teach you ways to make money from the internet, and indeed some of them do work: in fact a lot of them do, but they fall into the small minority. Be vigilant and select a course that you believe will be right for your needs before you go ahead and purchase it.
